Solum LLC, a Ukrainian company providing real estate services, is part of a group of companies that includes Piraeus Bank. In July 2017, Solum LLC completed the transaction on the alienation of an industrial facility in the Kiev region in favor of Camozzi LLC. Camozzi LLC is a Ukrainian subsidiary of Camozzi s.p.a., an Italian international manufacturer of high-quality pneumatic solutions for industrial automatization with a global sales network that covers more than 70 countries. Settlements between the parties of this agreement were conducted with the involvement of a letter of credit opened in UkrSibbank BNP Paribas Group<\/a>(JSC UkrSibbank).<\/p>\n

The subject of the agreement of sale and purchase is an industrial facility, that includs industrial and office premises with an area of \u200b\u200bmore than 4 thousand square meters, a separate transformer substation and a land area of \u200b\u200bmore than 2 hectares.<\/p>\n

ESQUIRES provided legal support of the agreement on the part of the seller. In particular, a comprehensive legal examination of the assets was performed, lawyers gave the advice to the client on the best ways to structure the transaction and the legal aspects of providing the high-voltage supplies to the transformer substation. Additionally, ESQUIRES lawyers represented the interests of the client in the process of agreeing on transaction documents and provided legal advice on taxation issues related to the sale of an industrial facility, including particularities of value added taxation.<\/p>\n
