Senior associate Andriy Kravchuk returned from Strasbourg, where he studied as part of the Ukrainian delegation of lawyers based on the Palace of Europe Council as part of the training \u201cSuccessful Appeal to the European Court of Human Rights: from theory to practice\u201d.<br \/>\nThe five-day seminar was hosted by judges and lawyers of the European Court of Human Rights, as well as by invited experts from the Council of Europe.<br \/>\nIn the course of training sections, there were discussed the key legal issues, that occur in case of law enforcement in the European community, in particular in Ukraine and ways to overcome them, taking into account the requirements of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and relevant practice of the ECHR.<br \/>\nAndrei has returned from a business trip with a certain amount of knowledge that will definitely be useful for our team in protecting the interests of our clients.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, lets move to the victories!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-1660 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/old.esquires.law\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"270\" height=\"203\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-1661 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/old.esquires.law\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"269\" height=\"203\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Great news from France.
