- Advising Real Estate Developer on issues related to the purchase of the land plots, as well as conducting an independent inspection of the objects;
- Advising IT company on specific corporate, labor and tax issues;
- Advising and representation of the Ukrainian supplier of farm products in a dispute against the agricultural company in respect of their payment obligations. The claim amount is UAH 3,000,000.00;
• Advising Slavianka Group of companies, exclusive distributor for McDonald’s Ukraine, Domino’s Pizza, KFC and others, in challenging of the decisions of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine; - Representation of Ukrainian developer in a dispute against the Ukrainian bank. - Representation of the individuals in the dispute against the leading Ukrainian bank regarding early repayment of a debt. The claim amount exceeds USD 1,000,000.00;
- Representation of the leading distributor of medical equipment in disputes against the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine regarding charges of anticompetitive concerted actions.
