Great news from France. Senior associate Andriy Kravchuk returned from Strasbourg, where he studied as part of the Ukrainian delegation of lawyers based on the Palace of Europe Council as part of the training “Successful Appeal to the European Court of Human Rights: from theory to practice”.
The five-day seminar was hosted by judges and lawyers of the European Court of Human Rights, as well as by invited experts from the Council of Europe.
In the course of training sections, there were discussed the key legal issues, that occur in case of law enforcement in the European community, in particular in Ukraine and ways to overcome them, taking into account the requirements of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and relevant practice of the ECHR.
Andrei has returned from a business trip with a certain amount of knowledge that will definitely be useful for our team in protecting the interests of our clients.
