At the XI Legal Banking Forum, which was recently held with the support of ESQUIRES, leading lawyers and bankers discussed the key achievements and challenges faced by the banking industry under martial law.

🔹 The first session was devoted to the analysis of the current state and trends of the banking sector during the war. Participants noted the remarkable resilience and stability of the banking system in the current wartime environment, which is an important factor in supporting the domestic economy.
🔹 The second session focused on digitalization and fintech innovations in banking. Speakers unanimously emphasized the need for further development of digital technologies in the financial sector to improve the efficiency and accessibility of banking services.
🔹 The third session was devoted to dispute resolution in the banking sector, during which the current legal positions of the Supreme Court, which are key to resolving banking disputes, were highlighted.

📌 At the end of the event, the Banking 2025 research was presented and the winners were awarded. This year, the leaders of the banking sector were determined in six nominations, in each of which the winners were named in three categories: state-owned banks, large private banks and small private banks.
